To prevent ceramic courses for people from the pool, the chlorine get elsewhere.
For the rest of the area or the whole house tinted cement will work well. I d suggest that the climate in which we live may depend. A colder climate, I would make a carpet tile and then .. The warm weather, I'm a brick or concrete through out.

Floating wood floor looks awesome. Maintenance very natural, but simple. Just be sure to check their suitability for a potentially wet area to be wet by the pool.
I also like the look of polished concrete wide carpeted. It has a smooth surface, such as terrazzo, but with a mottled gray. Very cool feeling when in shades of blue and green and a warm feeling when they made with red and earth tones. This is a good suggestion for a potentially wet areas.
Best of luck.
